As we informed at TotalBike, Roberto Heras’ situation was not clear. His contract with Kelme compelled a team wanting to sign him up to pay 800,000 $.
After some problems, U.S. Postal has paid that amount this week, so Roberto is already recognised by UCI as a racer from that team.
Although is not clear the amount USP has finally paid, Kelme agrees and the conflict doesn’t exist anymore. |
