GOOD ENOUGH

It holds up one Electra Beach Cruiser and one Micargi Stretch Beach Cruiser. It looks really good. It does seem shaky. Overall it has not had any problems and I am considering getting another.

Sparehand - Bargain price/bargain results

I purchased one of these lower price units and also one of the Topeak pole units. The Topeak shows German engineering and much higher quality so it is easy to understand why it costs more. The adjustment of the Sparehand is crude but probably adquate if using in a garage with concrete floor and if your are not worried about your ceiling. The Sparehand will stay in the garage with only my spare bikes on it.

its cheap enough, but i was frightened for my life walking by this thing in my apartment.
maybe better for a garage in the burbs where people dont value their existence as much.

Spare Hand Q Rak Dual Rack and Dual Bike Storage Rack Diff Price/Same Product?

There is another DUAL BIKE RACK made by the SAME Spare Hands Company and AMAZON is using the SAME picture for both racks. One is $54 with 7 comments and the other is $59 with over 20 reviews. It looks like they are the SAME RACK being sold through Amazon by 2 different companies for 2 different prices. Called Amazon and rep could not confirm or deny any differences. I am going with the $59 bike rack simply because it has better reviews.

This product will fit in anywhere. I happen to have it in my 100sq ft bedroom and it works great.

My roommate and I live in a an upstairs apartment, so this is the perfect bike rack for us. It was easy to install and holds our two bikes in the stairwell leading up to our apartment without blocking the passageway.

Extremely lightweight and easy to install; because it is pressure-mounted, you dont need to make any holes in the wall, floor, or ceiling. Its a little awkward to mount two bikes, though not impossible. An excellent product.
