![]() Bell Triple Back 3-Bike Trunk Mount Rack By: Bell Average Rating: 3.0 Total Reviews: 6 More Information Broke the first time out! We bought the same Bell Triple-Back from the sports "superstore" at the mall. Calling it a 3 bike bike rack is a joke for starters. 3 childrens bikes were a real tight fit. And one of the velcro loop straps broke off just tying the bike down to the load bar. I had to use zip ties. Then it COLLAPSED under the weight of those 3 kids bikes on the highway. The straps holding the rack to the car were secure, but the support arm just popped its pin and fell down. It went back to the store. Bike Rack Review This product works pretty well! I used it for a 6-hr trip with two large mountain bikes and as long as the straps were tight and correctly mounted in place, there were no problems. It is important to put the rack on correctly, there was a little confusion on how to mount it to my sedan trunk. It didnt give the best directions, but with a little trial and error, it worked out perfectly. It doesnt fit three bikes unless one or two of them are tiny road bikes or kids bikes. All in all, it is reliable and very affordable! does the job will hold well, make sure to tie it tight. black rubber will leave marks on light colored cars, would prob come off with a wax or buff. does the job will hold well, make sure to tie it tight. black rubber will leave marks on light colored cars, would prob come off with a wax or buff. Worth the money I have a volkswagen beetle, and this truck rack fits well on my car. We used it for a 4 hour car ride with two adult bikes and didnt have a single problem. Well worth the money. Very Sturdy and Easy to use I received this item and use it for my 200 Honda Accord. Is very sturdy ... and holds cycles well. Easy to Install. Only issue is bike mounting sockets move back an forth on the mounting rod - I can live with that. Over all I am very satisfied.
