This chair is fantastic and completely worthwhile. We used it starting at week two (and probably could have started sooner, but we had other alternatives that were a little easier to manage). Our baby LOVED sitting in this chair, finding the bears and spinning them with her hand, kicking her leg to make the chair "bounce", taking the occasional nap in it (again, we had alternatives), eating in it once she got older, watching us do whatever we were doing -- working, cooking, etc etc -- this was it. It never tipped and we used it until she was about 5 or 6 months and wanted to sit up more herself. The cover comes off and the whole thing goes in the wash. It stores flat if/when its not in use. It has adjustable heights for your babys comfort. And if you care about these things, which we sort of did, it blends in to a modern/adult setting and doesnt scream "baby" -- youre going to get plenty of ugly things that your child will love, dont worry. I loved this chair and was sad when she outgrew it.

Simple and Effective

I have to admit the vibrating bouncer I got as a gift worked wonders when my baby was 6 weeks and colicky. At around 4 months I took this bouncer out and my daughter loved it. Now that shes a bit older she can enjoy the bears and the various angles I can set this chair to. The vibrating bouncer is now in my mothers attic waiting for the next newborn. This bouncer will stay here until shes 2.

I love the way this thing looks as well! It really helps keep my small place from looking like a catastrophe.

One of my favorite baby products

I bought this chair because of its looks. It is not plastic and covered with loud, ridiculous toys. Fortunately our son loves it, more than I could have imagined. He will sit and hang out in the seat anytime. This has been a product we could not live without. It is lightweight so we can move him from room to room without any problems. We also fold it flat and stick it the car for trips to Grandmas house. A must have!

Absolutely essential

We had our baby in this chair from her first day back from the hospital. At the lowest incline setting, it is (in my opinion) perfect for a newborn with little neck strength. The hammock-like design makes it easy for her to sleep in. It folds down nice and flat for easy storage. Our baby prefers sitting in this chair to being held and we can just gently bounce her to sleep in it. I dont know how we would have survived these last couple of months without it. The fabric is easy to remove from the frame for washing and launders nicely in the washing machine. Havent tried the toy bar yet (shes too little) so cant comment on that.

Quality Product

Well made, functional, doesnt "baby up" the living room. Most important...my grandchild loves it. This thing will last thru many babies.
