Kids love it.

Takes a bit to install- made the hubby do it!
Fits my tall 4 year old (he weighs 40 pnds).
Remember, the heavier the child the more difficult the steering/balancing.
I used this product along with a front seater for my 2 year old- talk about fun rides!

Great seat with highest weight limit on the market!

I bought the TEDDY because the weight limit is 10 lbs more than most other seats. I had read the negative review, but thought I could put it together by looking at the picture. The directions ARE in German, but also in English besides 2 other languages. This was the first time I had ever heard of the company KETTLER, went on their website and found that they are a manufacturer of quality items.Also, FOGDOG sent this item to me quickly and in good shape.

We really enjoy the seat - the assembly is a bit of a pain - it will only fit on a mens bike. I was hoping to have my daughter ride behind me - but shes just fine with Dad!

The seat is light - and once the bracket is on the bike - it goes on and off very easily!! The only issue I have is that for a little one (my daughter was just 13 months when we started using the seat) that when she falls asleep - there is no cross bar in front to support her head - so she sort of lists to the side - it looks a little unnatural and uncomfortable but she loves getting on the bike and going for rides - and yelling "ding ding" at other people!

Teddy Bike Seat

I was very disappointed in this bike seat. The plastic was not as durable as I thought it would be based on the cost of the seat. The directions that came with the seat were in german, no english instructions. The velcro used to buckle in the legs is very thin and easy to break out. The chest harness is easily removed, even for a 2 yr old.
