I needed a frame bag because I often ride with a child seat on the rear of my bike and therefore cant get the under seat bag that I prefer. I researched several frame bags looking for one that could hold all of my essential biking supplies and settled on this one after reading the previous reviews. The other reviews are spot on as this bag is huge and holds everything you could want in a frame bag. I regularly keep a spare tube (out of box), tire levers. a patch kit, a multi-tool, a mini pump and a rear bike light in the bag and I still have room for more small items. This bag is huge, yet very narrow and does not stick out beyond the frame to get in the way of your legs while peddling. Also my bike frame only allows me to attach three of the four velcro straps but this is not at all an issue since the three straps that are attached keep the bag very secure. If you need a good frame bag this is your bag.

I was a little skeptical buying a bag online because i couldnt see how big it is and very few have the actual dimensions listed. I was not disappointed with this one. Its HUGE!! I just needed something to carry my wallet, keys, etc. Well you could carry Donald Trumps wallet in this thats how big it is! It also attaches very securely to the frame of the bike and has a plastic frame on the inside for stability. My only gripe is the reflective stripe is only on one side. Other than that, this is the best bang for the buck triangle bag i could find. On: 2008-08-28
Well folks, I took a bit of a gamble when ordering this frame bag since all those for sale here on Amazon are very unclear as to how big they are. Seeing as this one gave actual dimensions, it seemed quite reasonable (though if I remember right, it wasnt given as high of reviews and/or as many).
One thing is for sure, I cannot STAND those below-seat bags... flopping all over the place, and obstructing my reflector. So a frame bag was my only option.
This bag is perfect! It straps VERY securely to the bike, and the straps have a bit of flex to them to absorb some shock. Also, the upper and rear edge of the bag (opposite and adjacent sides for you geometry types) are made sturdy and supportive by an internal frame, linked by a sort of hinge that allows it to fit comfortably on most any bike. I can fit a 6 foot heavy duty bike lock cable into it by casually coiling it up. When Im on the bike and looking down with the bag full of my cable, lock, wallet, and keys, the sides of the bag dont even protrude to the sides further then the frame. (All I see is the frame! And the two upper straps wrapping around them!) I once even rammed a tshirt along with all that and it handled it beautifully.
Even with the bag empty, its secure and ridged enough that it wont blow around obnoxiously. I think its about 13" x 9" x 1-1/2".
My only qualm is a simple question: Why is the reflecting stripe only on one side? On: 2007-11-01
This bag holds everything that I need to keep with my bike (a small pump, screw drivers, patch kit and levers, and a multi tool). It does not fit the bike well though. It would work great on a standard street bike or mountain bike frame, but the angle between the top brace and the seat tube on my bike is to large, so the bottom velcro fastener cannot be used. It still works fine and is stable enough not to be in the way while riding, but it does look a little odd. Also, the reflective tape was only on one side of the bag. I ride before sun up on my way to work, and would like to see reflective tape come standard on both sides. You can never be to visible when you play car tag in the dark. On: 2007-10-06
this bag fits nicely on my bike frame with its velcro straps (they hold up well!) and has some elasticity to it, so it can stretch a little bit when you try to jam a lot of stuff in there (keys, phone, wallet, etc.). Reflective striping is only on one side of the bag though... not sure why this is? On: 2007-07-20
I love this bag. Since my cycling shorts dont have a pocket in them,I purchased this bag for putting my cellphone and keys in for when I ride my bicycle. This bag has plenty of room for the bike pump, hex tools and cellphone. This bag is made with velcro straps so you can easily change it from one bike to another.
