![]() Ergo Endurance Bicycle Noseless saddle, Black-Vinyl Leather Grained Look By: Ergo Average Rating: 4.5 Total Reviews: 2 More Information Very Nice Ive been riding on this seat to work and back for a couple weeks now. It wasnt very hard to get used to like some reviews on other versions suggest, at least for me, I felt very comfortable on it immediately. I had way more trouble getting used to my old seat WITH a nose. Since I like to keep my seat quite high it was nice to be able to just basically slide off at intersections and slide back on again. I wonder now if I would have liked one of the softer versions more, but at least I wont have to worry about the cover ripping or wearing out any time soon. The idea of a combination of heavy use and the deathly Arizona sun on a lycra Ergo concerned me somewhat. With this seat I have no pain or soreness during or after a long ride. I highly recommend it. Nice (on the taint) Seat I had been having taint irritation, and I suspected my bike seat as being the cause. It was pretty annoying and, being a person without a car, I really needed to do something about it. First I found the Schwinn no-nose seat at Target, so I bought it to try it out, knowing that I could easily return it if it didnt work. Well, it didnt work. The bottom of my thighs hurt from pushing against the seat as I peddled. When I found this seat on Amazon, I could tell it would work better, but I was still a little hesitant. So, I bought the cheapest version, this "endurance" model. And, Im not disappointed. I do wish it were a little softer though. My skinny butt cheeks had to adjust to this seats firmness. I probably would have gotten the softer non-lycra version for a few dollars more if I had seen it, but this one is still good. My taint is doing alright, which makes this seat well worth the money. The firmness is not the only thing to get used to though. The right position to ride on it is a little tricky to find too, but once you get passed that, its pretty darn comfortable. However, if you want to ride no-handed, I suggest you stick with a seat with a nose. |
