I love this tire! It was exactly what Ive been searching for to add a new dynamic and practical usefulness to my Dual Assault Cannondale CHASE MTN Bike. I now can use it not only to downhill & trail ride but I can realistically use it as a commuter to work. They are so FAST! The only draw back is in the rain they might as well be racing slicks, vertually no traction. However, theyre great on hardpacked surfaces, I loveem!

I originally purchased these because the humongous air volume helps cushion the bumps in the road which should help protect my rear Crystalyte electric wheel from breaking spokes as often. As 30 PSI, it almost feels like the front tire is bouncing like a basketball at times(Ok, a little less bouncy than a basketball but noticeable) but that can be minimized. It seems to be a lot smoother, quieter and more comfortable than my old Kenda Klaw knobbies that came with the bike.

I got this tire because it is made with THICK rubber. Im sick of flat tires and this is the solution to having less flats. This tire, combined with the Maxis inner tube, which I highly recommend since this tire is 2.5 inches thick, and a kevlar tire liner will make your tire as close to flat proof as you can get.
