I bought these for my bianchi pista commuter bike. I dont like wearing bike shoes in the office (or leaving my non-bike shoes at work....). That said, I really prefer clipless, they just dont work for the situation, and Ill continue using my plain old flat pedals for now.

I dont like these clips at all, they dont really add any power at all and if you were to look for a similar product, id look for something metal or at least much more rigid plastic. When they came they were missing a nut (only 3 out of 4 came) so i had to rig them up with twist ties , which worked find, but I think even if you tightened the nuts a lot they would end up falling off eventually, unless you tightened them every couple weeks.

My bike is a fixed gear, and it is VERY difficult to get your other foot into the clips after stopping, (way harder than clipless).
