Boeshield Aircraft Quality Lubricant

I started using Boeshield over ten years ago and find it superior to WD-40
for use on lock, hinges, household uses where you need to minimize the
amount of lubricant.

The advantage of this product is in the temperature range it handles and
how it works in sub-freezing applications. Hence its use for aircraft
applications as specified by Boeing.

aluminum and beyond

I purchased Boeshield T-9 to lubricate the aluminum frame of my Feathercraft folding kayak. I have since used it to refurbish tools that were rusted or exposed to salt water, lubricate locks, any and all bicycle work, and basicly anything WD-40 would do, only better. you wont be disappointed.

Good product, LOUSY spray cans

I first tried Boeshield T9 in the 12 oz spray cans back in 2006. I bought 2 cans, and they both stopped spraying when the cans were still 1/2 - 3/4 full!

Boeshield replaced the products, and all was OK.....until about a year & a half later.

I just tried using the replacement cans on my snowblower, before storing it away for the season. When I first received them in 2006, they worked just fine. Now, however, NO PRESSURE! This is the same problem shown by the original 2 cans (different lot#)!

Until proven otherwise, Boeshield seems to have a major quality problem with their 12 oz spray cans.

The product itself is great at preventing rust. The squeeze bottles are probably OK, but I WOULD NOT trust the spray cans to last more than a month or two. Buyer beware.

Less expensive than other sellers, but same product

The large can of Boeshield T-9 sells at Amazon for prices from $11 to $17 and change. I bought it from Niagra for $11 and it is the same product you can get for $17.

Its too early to tell how good it is at preventing rust, but at least I can say that it doesnt have much of any smell.
