While I didnt buy the two Mobi Tykelights for a stroller, I do see how great they would be for something like that. I would recommend two of them for that, though.

I bought the two I got to use as tactical lighting on a costume. I removed the clamp, slid a steel washer into the slot the clamp mounted to and used a rare Earth magnet inside the shoulder area of a jacket as a mounting device. With one on each shoulder, walking through a dark hallway, passage or room leaves you with a very good view. They work great outside as well.
