Good Cable Cutters

This works as good as any other tool of its like, and its less costly. So yes, it is good. But even at its cheaper cost, I think these things cost more than they should for what you get. Besides, if you only need one of these occasionally, a regular pair of side snips usually does a credible job; and you probably already have one of those in your toolbox. Still, if you want a cable cutter, this is a good one that costs less than others that are no better.

Ive been bicycling and working on bikes since Moses was in knee pants and always had trouble with getting cable cutters to work well, until I discovered these -- which were recommended to me by the mechanic at my local bicycle shop. Its not the most expensive cable cutter out there, just the best one. He said they were better than Campys. I dont know for sure because I never wanted to pay the price for Campagnolo cutters.

I had previously purchased Pedros tire levers and discovered they were far and away the best tire levers Id ever used. With this purchase Pedros tools now have a mystique with me. I recommend them without reservation.
