Ugly welds grab your eye.

I have to say something, and feel so stongly about it that Ill waste some precious time in the hope it will save you from this mistake. This part is sloppily made, and is ugly. It has welds which could have easily been cleaned up in the factory, but were not. This part is .830 inch O.D. which means it is meant for older Schwinns and their kin, not mountain bikes. It looks out of place on a bike which has good standards of finish. Ugh! The welds are not tucked in on the underside, they are sort of crawling all over the top of the part like a centipede motif. Also, the chrome is hazy, bluish-grey in tint, and appears to be so thin as to barely qualify the part as coated. I dont know what to do with this thing.
