Not enough tool

I just got back into riding a bicycle for health reasons. Bought a nice used comfort bike and I like to be prepared. Went to adjust the seat on the new bike and there is no Phillips head screw driver so I couldnt move reflector for access to seat bolt. Tool did not have proper size hex wrench for seat bolt. The quality of the tool is great (thats why it rated a 2) but I cant believe they left off a Phillips head screwdriver!
