Installed in a snap. Innovative cleats are designed with flexibility of clipping out at two different degree angle options, just by switching which side you install them on. So as you get better and more comfortable with them, you can switch them over to clip out at the steeper degree angle. The simplicity of this system, combined with the innovative design, the comfort of the small platforms and absence of fidgety adjustments make these a great option for beginners, but they will handle the abuse and pounding of an advanced rider too.
