great bottle, light-weight and easy to care for. Takes awhile to get it. the bottle is great but the top sometimes leaks a bit On: 2008-09-27
This is the best water bottle I could find with the features I wanted. It offers easy access to the water without having to unscrew the top (that seems to be a rare thing in metal bottles!), and the drinking nozzle can be covered so it remains clean. The wide mouth allows ice in and the liner means it takes good, without plastic or metal flavors. It is lightweight (much lighter than stainless steel) and comfortable in the hand.
The trick to drinking well out of it is to open the nozzle only part way. That way a lot of air does not get mixed in (from side vents) and it flows freely, the way you would expect. It took me awhile to figure that out. On: 2008-08-20
I also tried this bottle after trying the sigg bottle for everyday drinking.
I love the sigg, and thought I was tired of my bike water bottle tasting like plastic. I also have a difficult time getting the water out of the bottle. the plastic lid still gives me a slight plastic taste and the bottle is all scratched up after one bike ride. You have to suck the water out, and it still comes out slowly. On: 2008-06-06
Ive been using this bottle for a couple of weeks now, and I wouldnt recommend it to anybody. It dents really easily, and its hard to get water out of it.
