Great hydration system for moderate runs/walks

I love this hands free hydration system! It doesnt bounce very much & is great for running and/or walking. I wish Id bought one a year or two before I did!

PS - I have a larger capacity (Camelbak Flashflo - also a fanny pack style) that I use for longer runs. Cant imagine doing long runs and/or long runs in the summer (I live in the desert) without these things!
