This is a fantastic tactical light.
I would choose this over the T20-T version, which doesnt have the strobe and SOS, but replaces it with two extra lumen settings.
It has five settings: 7 lumens, 60 lumens, 220 lumens, a 15 Hz strobe at 220 lumens, and an auto-SOS blinker at what looks to be 60 lumens.
Build quality and fit and finish are fantastic. Feels very solid.
Came with some extra o-rings and an extra rubber tailpiece that glows in the dark. I actually havent figured out how to change them out yet.
The flashlight is much smaller than I thought it would be, but not too small to work with.
My only complaint is that it comes with no directions (other than the brief ones on the back of the box).
All in all Im very happy with the purchase.
Ill amend the review if anything should go wrong. On: 2008-09-21
I have always liked flashlights. I have carried one ever since I was in the Boyscouts. Like a good knife, when you need it you need it. You want performance, but dont want to be weighed down. Olight is rugged, it is light, bright and affordable. About the size of a mag light although a blinding clean white light. On: 2008-04-20
This is by far the brightest little flashlight Ive ever seen. It outshines my 3 watt LED - 2 D cell Mag Light.
The 5 settings are,
"superbright" 220 lm/ 1.5 hr.
"regular flashlight" 60 lm/6 hr.
"tent light" 7 lm/70 hr.
"bright strobe"
"SOS" Light actually flashes ... --- ...
This thing is amazing...
