Great Idea but not perfect

This 26" folding bike was just what I needed. Living in a City area, I would need to transport a bike to the park or trail. The quality is reasonable for an occasional biker. My unit arrived with some damage. This is due to both poor handling by the trucker and the fact that the unit was not packaged for individual transport. I know I didnt pay that much but I would have appreciated a quicker response from the owner of this one man company. He did replace the two damaged reflectors, I was left to take care of the paint scratches with no remuneration. While the unit is shipped almost ready to go, I did have to figure out how to put some of it together. No instruction sheet was supplied. I also had to figure out how to make some operational adjustments that were definitely not self evident. Bottom line is that I have not encountered another full size folding bike, so you make due with the short comings.

Bought two folding bikes...

We are pleased with our purchases. The bikes were received quickly and required hardly any special setup. The bikes are solidly built and excellent for casual weekend use. When we found that a reflector was missing, the company responded immediately, no problem.
