nice bottle

Its hard to find such simple and beatiful bottles in the supermarket. And its good for university students to bring some water.I got the .75 pink one less than $9. The price is competitive.

Ive had a ton of these bottles pre-bpa revolution and ive returned to them post bpa-free in conjunction with my love of sigg.

In order to create the ultimate giant t-mug. The important thing to know about these bottles is the size of the base and whether or not you want to use them in a car rather than other places, the 1 liter base probably wont fit a cup holder.

Overall this is a great bottle, Id love a little more insulation for hot liquids and a narrow base on the bigger bottles, but otherwise the price and size are right on the money.

Practical water bottle and good price

This is a BPA free water bottle that fits almost all backpack pockets because of its slim design. Good bottle for its price.

Great bottle for everyday use

I bought this bottle to replace a Nalgene bottle which was not BPA-free. I purchased the 0.5 liter bottle with classic cap and I take it to work every day. It fits in my lunch bag as well as the cup holder in my car and I have not experienced any leaks. Ive been using this bottle for about a month now and Ive been pleased with it so far.

SO Much better than Nalgene

I love love love this bottle! Ive had mine for almost a year know, and it is still great. The best feature about it is that it doesnt give off that funky plastic taste.
I think Ive saved hundreds from using this, rather than buying bottled water.

Works as well as the conventional wide mouth Nalgene. It would be nice to have an attachment to keep the lid on the bottle when unscrewed.

The bottle is well-constructed with great features, including closing straw and little "handle". Am looking forward to hearing that theyve redesigned the bottle with materials that are not linked with cancer.

I must admit to having over-researched the purchase of a water bottle! Should I purchase metal or plastic? What size? Is the plastic harmful? Etc., etc.

Well, I just leaped in and bought the CamelBak with the sports top. I think its great! Its easy to clean, easy to carry around, and (though it takes a bit of practice), easy to drink out of. And, it doesnt spill.

And, due to the size, Im drinking more water - - thats great too.

I bought this bottle for the environmental factor, but also because it was a catchy shade of pink! I find it stays cleaner longer (ie. less filmy residue) than my previous generic bottle.

Stinky bottles

I expected to love this product and ordered two. While the shape and size are nice and I like the design of the lid, I find that, although I clean it before use, the filtered water (which tastes great out of a glass) takes on this nasty odor after sitting in the bottle for a few hours. It sort of smells like a dirty fish tank. No cleaning instructions shipped with it, so maybe it needs more than hot soapy water (?) The only thing it came with was a "Made in China" sticker. (Sigh.) No, this most definitely is NOT the eco-friendly solution I was hoping for.

The bottle looks nice, but not really practical. I had another bottle that had the <7> recycle number on the bottom that may have also had the BPA in the plastic bottle; which is why I purchased this camelbak. But the other bottle had a bigger opening and the twist off lid was connected to the bottle. This made the bottle easier to clean the inside and also not likely of losing or dropping the lid.

Good BPA free bottle

This bottle is what you would expect; holds enough water for a day at the office or a light day on the trails. Its a bit too big for car cupholders, which was not unexpected but a shame nonetheless. If you are looking for a BPA free bottle this is a great, cheaper option.

Just what I wanted

I love the cap becaise I can hang it on my jogging stroller.
I also love that its BPA free and safe plastic.
Also, there is no odd taste.
I got 32 oz--- perfect for me.
Beware that Bike Somewhere takes awhile to ship--- I ordered May 11 and it came June 5.

Good bottle, wish cap would attach to bottle

Just got my Camelbak BPA-free better bottles in the mail. Bottle looks good and water tastes good from it. Roughed it up a little bit out of curiosity and it holds up well.

My only complaint is that it would be nice if the lid had something to attach it to the bottle so that I wouldnt have to hold it to take a drink (something like the nalgene bottles have that connect to the top of the bottle and the lid). They also offer a version with a foldaway bite-valve lid but I dont like these so I went with the classic lid. I do like the hole in the lid for carrying or slipping it onto a caribiner.

I carry this bottle everywhere I go. I dont have to worry about spilling because of the sipper and it also folds down to close. Im asked often where I got it and I always recommend it.

The Perfect Water Bottle

Ive been looking for just the right water bottle for a long time now. The screw top lids are loud when trying to get a sip in class, and hard to take off while driving or walking. The large open lids you cant drink from while moving or on a treadmill. The straw and mouth piece took a day to get used to but I love this feature. You dont have to tilt your head back to drink so if you are in class or driving you can keep your eyes forward. The lid is truly leak proof if you screw it on properly and the straw doesnt leak at all. The piece all come apart for easy cleaning. The 750 mL is the prefect size. It fits in my car cup holder and its not that heavy dragging around on my backpack. There are makings on the sides that are pretty accurate if you want to mix together one of those flavor packets to go. I clip it to my backpack with a rock climbing clip thing and the plastic hook is strong and wont wear out.

i take this to the gym, it holds water and has a large enough opening for ice. i like the sippy cup configuration because i dont have to tip it up to drink, just suck like a straw. good job camelbak

Best Water Bottle

This thing is great, it is a little smaller than most Nalgene type bottles so it fits in a cars cupholder. For the times you need a bigger bottle the lid fits on a regular 1 Litre Nalgene Bottle or something similar. The mouthpiece is the same leakproof design found on camelbak packs and you can use it to sip out of a straw or if you prefer remove the straw to tip and drink. It does not spill on you when you drink and is easy to carry. And on top of it all it looks cool. I love it.

I really like this water bottle. I have had a couple dozen over the years that always just ended up frustrating me. This one is easy to fill, easy to drink from, and doesnt spill when tipped over. I liked my first one so much I got a second one to keep at the office.
