Compact, Bright, Versatile

I bought this product in order to get free shipping on my order. It has been one of the best items I have ordered in a long time. Its functionality is wonderful. I have the light strapped to the front of my bike as a safety light. It is exceptionally bright and turning it on & off is really easy. If you want to maximize the bang for your buck, this light is the way to go!

Wrong item TWICE in a row!!

Cateye Bicycle Tail & Safety Light RED--Supposedly--but NOT!

I ordered this RED taillight and received clear; I went through the return & refund process to get RED instead and AGAIN received CLEAR. Correct the inventory! The product itself may be great, but I cant tell, because I keep getting the wrong item, and now Im being told by Customer Service that reordering wont do any good because it will just be the wrong item again. ARRRGHGHGHGH!

Handy to have as a backup

This is a quality light that is great as a backup or if you feel like you need added visibility. I would not use it as a primary light unless you live somewhere that is very dark at night. I ride in the city of Chicago, so I prefer *major* visibility. This is great for stashing in your seat bag, or a pocket, so that you always have something on hand. It is also waterproof. Ive used it for snorkeling in low light natural spring conditions (so my husband and I could see each other better). Note: it bungees onto arms, ankles, seat posts, etc.
