The wheels on this cart indeed work well on soft sand and most other surfaces. The cart itself is poorly designed. The upper section of the handle secures with a bent wire latch that pops open very easily. That part has come out of its holes in the handle several times. If I want to pull a load, I first have to wrap the handle latch and sections with a bungee so that it wont collapse immediately. Stowing the axle, wheels and spacers is fussy and I dont trust the retaining clips to hold the axle securely enough that the spacers wont be lost.

Im planning on transplanting the wheels and axle to a better folding hand truck so this purchase wont be a total waste. 70 lbs. in real world use just isnt realistic with this light duty, poorly designed cart.
