Nice product & good quality but it didn't work for me . . .

I bought this adjustable stem http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001C65VVE/ref=cm_cr_rev_prod_title hoping it would help my bike fit me a little better, but turns out after careful measuring it did not fit. It fit the part where it goes into the "steering column" on the bike, but the opening where the handlebars go through was approx. an 1/8" too big all the way around. The information on handlebar sizing was not given on the site, so when ordering such parts, I would call the company/store in the future to find out sizing/how to measure for this.

I also realized after getting it that it wouldnt have made hardly any difference for my situation. But this isnt the companys fault.

The company shipped quickly & with a simple email I was able to obtain a return authorization. I just sent it back a few days ago, so Im waiting to get my refund & cant comment on the full return process yet.
