Derailleur cable's tube interferes with installation

Apparently designers had forgotten that some (if not most) seat tubes have derailleur cables exactly in the place where the spoiler must be attached.

Of course there are numbers of workarounds: from building your own adapter to smooth contacting areas to state of the art duct tape and zip tie solutions.
My spoiler will be attached to the bottom side of the bike rack. Telescopic spoiler that extends from underneath the rack - what could be more handy on rainy days?

great fender in a small package

this is a great fender that attaches low and sleek. it is great looking and i leave it on all the time. if its wet our or raining, just turn the knob and extend the fender out for full coverage. love it.
