Disappointing.     On: 2010-09-24

Wheels are not set true, and factory preset front and back brakes are off...
after the effort in assembling it, I was disappointed.
This bike is a hazard     On: 2010-09-14

I actually bought this bike at an Academy near where I live. Within the first 48 hours the front inner tube had burst (luckily, Academy replaced this one) and within a couple of weeks the rear inner tube had done the same. The brakes are already gone and I will have to replace them to be able to continue to use this bike. Im only riding it on the street, no mountainous terrain even in the least. Just not a good buy overall. You should avoid the Pacific Tuscon even if it means paying a little extra up front.
Very good item but a little anoying put togeter all the parts.     On: 2010-09-07

It is a very good product but put togeter all the parts was a anoying.
Bad buy     On: 2010-08-03

The bike had a lot of problems and I had to spend extra money to fix it. A $150 bike ended up costing me over $200. Both the front and back wheels had problems and the front rim was badly bent. I was thinking to return it but only to ship the bike back wouldve cost me something like $40. For that price, I couldve bought a much better bike and avoided all the headache of fixing it. I guess Ill never buy a bike again via internet.
Painful and expensive Bike experience (Pacific Tuscon Men's bike)     On: 2010-04-28

As first time bike buyers - we were very excited about buying this bike.
Assembling it was a beast since the instructions provided were for another bike and the fork on the bike was installed backwards on being delivered to us.

After assembling it, we had to pay a bike shop to correct the fork and alignment...only for the chain to come off the grooves while riding it the SAME DAY! Ended up paying another $90 to service the bike and add a seat for $40 which exceeded the cost of the bike.

This experience has left a very sour and expensive taste - would not advise that anyone buy bikes without trying them out.
