Serfas Zip Cargo Gel Cycling Shorts

For a 6-5, 208lb guy, these shorts are comfortable and feel great on long distance rides. I have over 500 miles on these and they hold up well to a 16 mph pace. No ride ups or flapping in the wind. Plenty of pockets for cell, food and drink. Looking for a "not so spandex / speedo look", buy these.

Great shorts, long delivery

This is my first pair of bike shorts over $40.00. They say you get what you pay for and they are right. The gel chamois is much nicer then most and wonderful to ride long distance. The zip pockets are deep and everything seems well made. The only disapointment I have is the shipper BikeSomeWhere in Florida took 12 days to get them to me in New Jersey. Next time I will watch Amazons warning about delivery more closely.

poorly made

I purchased these shorts as a birthday present for my bike riding husband. The first time he wore them the elastic waistband separated from the short material. Clearly a case of shoddy workmanship that shouldnt happen to $80.00 shorts. Of course I had already tossed all the paperwork or they would have gone straight back to Amazon. Instead I guess I will have to re-sew them myself - an easy job but not one that I should have to do on such an expensive item, especially after the first time worn.

Fantastic Cycling Shorts!!

I got these for my husband, who continues to rave about them! Great comfort, excellent padding, but they look like guy shorts rather than just spandex. The spandex padding/liner attaches easily to the outside shorts so they could also be worn/washed separately if needed. Excellent fit overall, great comfort, and I love the material. It remains to be seen how long they will last with repeated washings, but were optimistic!
