More Information

Solid stand     On: 2009-10-31

I did some research prior to purchasing and everything I read about this stand was accurate. It is an excellent stand for home use. It is sturdy, allows you to hang the bike using one hand, from various angles. It also folds to store and transport. Its going to get a lot of use this winter.
Park Tool PCS-!0     On: 2009-10-16

This is a really great stand. It is heavy enough to remain stable, but folds very easily and can be moved or stored quickly. The "clamp" at the top is easy to use and allows both horizontal (top tube) and vertical (seat tube) placement. Its also tall enough to hold the bike at a level that does not require stooping or sitting to get access to the bottom bracket and rear cassette.
Perfect     On: 2009-10-04

Been using a cheap-O spin doctor essentials stand and finally had to upgrade. This thing works perfectly and the build quality is fantastic. Very strong and sturdy and super quick to adjust.
Awesome Product!     On: 2009-09-30

I have 4 mountain bikes now. The one I use, another for friends to use and the other two for friends or my niece and nephew. Needless to say I needed something like the PCS-10 to make things easier to work on and clean these bikes. The quality is outstanding, easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to store. There simply isnt anything wrong with this work stand for its intended purpose. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend it, stop looking at the rest and buy this one. For the money, you cant go wrong!
Stable and strong bike stand     On: 2009-09-18

Used this product to work on my bikes. Very stable and strong construction materials. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a written and a pictorial assembly instruction. The pictorial only instruction was okay but makes the assembly time longer.
Heavy duty work stand, well made     On: 2009-09-12

I purchased the Park Tool PCS-10 Home Mechanic Repair Stand as a birthday present for my son-in-law, who has been rebuilding several old bicycles for fun. When I saw his Bianci 10-speed suspended rock-solid at eye-level I knew I had made a great choice. The PCS-10 is much bigger than the pictures indicate, yet it folds up into a compact package for storage. The clamp works very well, and once the bike is in its jaws you can rotate it to just about any position you need for a convienent work position. I also purchased the Park Tool tool tray to keep tools and parts organized and at hand. This stand really makes doing both routine maintenance and repair/rebuild bike work a pleasure. No more sore knees and aching back.
Park Tool PCS 10     On: 2009-09-09

Typically excellent Park Tool product. Outstanding bike stand. You will only need to buy one in a lifetime. Clamping mechanism makes it worth the extra money over the PCS 9.
Super Product - Built like a Sherman Tank     On: 2009-08-25

I am fairly new to roadbiking but prefer to do my own wrenching and be independent of high priced, snobby bike shops. I have a decent array of shop tools and am mechanically inclined. I decided to invest in some specific bike tools, a good repair book and a quality repair stand. When this Park tool arrived and I unwrapped the package it was everything I imagined a bike repair stand should be. Outstanding construction with multiple positions to hold the bike in any configuration. I truly feel that with the tools I have, the repair book and stand I can repair or adjust just about anything on my new roadbike. In my opinion this is a bike tool that one cannot be without if you are serious about doing home repairs.
Simple, strong and sturdy.     On: 2009-08-21

I read all the reviews here for this product and decided I would buy it based on all the fantastic recommendations. I have to say that I completely agree and am very pleased. My boyfriend makes fun of me because I generally have a hard time with these assembly required things but this was so easy to put together -- and I was really impressed with how strong it was. My only complaint is that the yoke sleeve arrived cracked in the package and Ill have to ship it back for a new one. Other than that - a great bike stand with a reasonable price tag.
Outstanding bike stand!     On: 2009-08-14

As the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for." This bike stand costs more than some but is not the "high end" model either. For me, its the perfect bike stand for someone who does their own bike maintenance- great easily adjustable clamp, sturdy and easy to move around. Also, when purchasing the bike stand, get the handle bar clamp, too, youll be glad you did.
