Great HRM addition       rating

Just got this to go along with a S720i heart rate monitor. I found it very easy to install, and very easy to integrate with the heart rate monitor. It adds a nice bit of information to the data being tracked, and I love being able to download it to the Polar software on my PC. Most of the training guides that I've seen recommend keeping your cadence in certain areas, this sensor helps you keep an eye on it without having to manually count. If you're using the software, you can also look back at older training sessions and see how far into your exercise your cadence started to lower (due to getting worn out) or how long you were able to maintain the proper cadence. Compare that to how you just did and see how much you've improved. From what I've heard, over time you can get a 'feel' for whether you're in the right cadence range or not, but until that time this sensor makes a great addition to the heart rate monitor. Easy to install, easy to use, no problems.
