Shimano Men's Indoor Cycling/Fitness Shoes - SH-FN22 Best cycling shoes ever. I have been spinning for 5 years and have always gotten toe cramps or sweaty feet. These are roomy and have great ventilation. Happy Spinning!

Great shoe for Spin Class rating

Well winter is here so I'm transitioning most of my rides to indoor spin classes. While most cycles include toe clips if you are used to riding outside with cleats and they're not the SPD version you'll want to pick a a pair of shoes like these.

They are well made for the price with great ventilation. Even if you aren't used to using cleats outside...if you are cycling for fitness and want to get the most out of your workout...the cleats will allow you to power on both down and upstrokes very efficiently and maximize your muscle work. The cleats in these shoes are recessed so you can walk in them almost normally allowing you to wear them to the gym and home.

I wouldn't recommend these for biking outside...they are indoor shoes...and the ventalation in the sole would probably get gummed up with dirt...

Remember you will also have to buy the SPD cleats to go with the shoes...they are easy to install requiring just a phillips screwdriver and an alan wrench.

Anyway I highly recommend these shoes for mid-level cyclists like myself. Happy spinning.
