Well designed and lightweight. rating

Pros:
Great concept.
Tension dialer at the bottom is a fantastic feature
No rattling. Plastic parts nice help keep things quiet.
Flexes a little so bottles can be pulled out with little struggle.

Cons
The cage doesn't feel as beefy as it looks. (not a big complaint)
I wish the cage could accept the larger liter sized bottles but it's too narrow. It fits normal bottles perfectly. Also grabs thin bottles (like a red bull can) quite well.

A solid 4 stars.

Seemed kind of like cheap plastic, so I bent the crap out of it trying to break it and it didnt so its not cheap plastic. Very light and will adjust to about anything. I bought it for a wierd water bottle that I have that is a tapper size. It wouldnt fit but anything else will. I am going to mount it as my secondary. Will also clamp down on non water bottle stuff in a pinch.

I bought a large water bottle which I was led to believe would fit in this carrier. Not. Carrier does adjust nicely but does not get all that big.

Better adjustment mechanism than the regular Modula Cage rating

Please notice this product did not come with any screws, but fortunately my bike (Ibex) already came with screws in the water bottle mount holes, so I don't have to purchase any and it easily installed in minutes. The adjustment mechanism on the cage is perfect - smooth, easy to turn, and ergonomic to deal with.

However, the actual cage is not as sturdy as I would like. I prefer the cage structure and materials quality of the regular Topeak Modula Cage Waterbottle Cage to this model, but the regular model's adjustment mechanism is not as easy to use as this all plastic model. Both are lightweight, with this all plastic model being 23g lighter (52g versus 75g). I am slightly concern about the durability of this all plastic model as it seemed to rattle and bend easier compare to the regular Modula Cage.

With everything considered, this is a reasonably priced product with a quick adjustment mechanism to fit all of your bottles.
