Reviews a fine chain  by: on: 22-Sep 2009 This is an economical replacement for my commuter bike chain. It was easy to install and I didn't even need to shorten the length of 114 links. It's already got more than 1000 miles on it and it's holding up just fine according to my chain tool. I wouldn't put it on my road bike, but it's a great value for the price and the chain quality is way above average. Good chain for the money. by: on: 03-Sep 2008 I love SRAM chains. They are so easy to take apart and clean and they last a long time. The PC-830 doesn't last as long as the higher end ones, but it's still a good chain, and at 10 bucks, you can't really go wrong. You can just get a new chain every time it's dirty and it wouldn't cost that much. Or, spend 5 bucks more and get the PC-850, which will last longer. View All Chains |
