Reviews Fact, Truth, Reality. Sorry if You Cannot Handle It by: on: 11-Sep 2009 I'd like to share my one and only experience with "ACTIONBENT." I recently emailed Actionbent on the sizes of trike available to see if they had anything that would fit me. I am 6'8" so I need a little extra length. Randy and Steve are the owners, and Randy kindly explained the range of trikes currently available, but wasn't completely clear on the sizes, so I asked for clarification. Steve got involved at that point, and while the response I got was not entirely surprising, it was a little shocking, especially after such a brief exchange. Wow, is that great customer service or what? I have to severely question Actionbent's commitment to both sales and service after that. I won't go back. I currently own a WizWheels Cruiser that I like fairly well, but am looking for a better design. WizWheels has terrific customer service though; even after 3 years of ownership, they replaced a broken seat frame for free, no questions asked. View All Recumbent Bikes |
