Reviews Defective Product by: on: 26-Jul 2010 I have owned three of these lights over the past three years, and have had a problem with each one. After a week or two, the blinking mode disappears! It reappears every few months, usually after being on for a half hour or more, but it is nevertheless a horrible flaw in the design of the light. I have to wonder what their problem is. It can't be that difficult to program a light to blink, can it? This is such a basic electronic product that it's embarrassing that they can't make the 50% of the features work correctly. I'd hate to see what the company would do with, say, a telescope or a car. A recall and bankruptcy, to be sure. Do not trust these lights to be seen at night by: on: 12-Mar 2010 I bought two of these years ago along with the bullfrog light to use on my 17 mile commute to and form work. My commute varied, some days I'd leave my apartment at 5am and others I'd be home at 11pm. So I had to rely on my lights to get me home safely. These lights appear to be bright up close, but they are easily lost at a distance. They're "cute" and that's about it. Arrived with dead batteries by: on: 21-Jan 2010 I ordered two of these lights. One arrived with dead batteries, and replacing the batteries will cost almost as much as buying a new light. It's such a cheap light that I'm not going to the trouble of returning it, but I won't buy them again and can't recommend them. Disappointed by: on: 07-Dec 2009 I bought two of these lights. They are very cute. The LED is bright. I have two problems with them. 1) The clip doesn't work well. I've tried to put it on various parts of my backpack and it fell off every time. I put it on the back of my helmet and it shifts to point downwards and it pulls my hair out. 2) Unless I take the batteries out, the light turns itself on runs the batteries dead.
