That being said, it is silver and relatively large, and the included stamped metal seatpost adapter seems a dubious thing to clamp to your paint and stands out in its own right. Considering I have a black SRAM X-7 in the back, I'd be more content with a black X-7 in the front also. I don't give it a moment's thought when riding because it gets the job done with no fuss.
