I wear a 10.5 and ordered size 44. The shoes are simply ridiculously small. :-( I am not happy to have to pay shipping two ways and not even have a pair of shoes at all to show for it, but I cannot tell how many sizes to go up to get a shoe that fits and it seems like there aren't any bigger sizes available anyway except for the 48's. Other than that the shoes seem fine.
