Reviews So much better than trying to adjust loose bearings  by: on: 27-Jun 2009 It was easy to replace my loose bearings on cages with this sealed bearing. Not too loose, not to tight...never needs adjustment or disassembly to clean. This is the way to go. Note you will need a bottom bracket tool and a crank puller to replace them...but it is worth it. The hardest part is figuring out exactly what size you need and exactly which tools you need.
