Reviews The perfect size for 5K runners...and weekend walkers.  by: on: 24-Jul 2010 I am very pleased with the FUELBELT SPRINT 10-OUNCE PALM HOLDER WITH POCKET that I recently purchased here on amazon.com. My other palm held hydrator (aka water bottle) was just too bulky and weighty at 22-oz. With this summer being exceptionally hot here in the east, even in the early morning when I like to run, carrying this small water bottle along for the jog is a must. I do have a minor complaint, though. The pocket is really not big enough to hold much more than a car key or a house key. Still, this is a terrific way to keep hydrated on a long walk or a short run during the "dog days of summer." Highly recommended (5 STARS) Short Run Life-saver  by: on: 21-Jul 2010 Seeing that the heat has finally reached the Northern States in America, we have had to purchase this water bottle. We were skeptical because of the mixed reviews but were glad that we purchased this one. It is very lightweight and easy to adjust to any hand. It has two pockets that allow you to put many things inside (we cram tiny kleenex cases, keys, rings, hair clips and so much more) while on the run. In addition, it can hold a few energy enhancers for longer runs. To clean, we simply clean in the sink by hand and then set in our windowsill in the sunshine to dry fast. It isn't that hard to keep clean and definitely is a life-saver in the extreme heat. A must have for runners. by: on: 16-Jul 2010 I like this product very much.
