Reviews Fenderbolt by: on: 18-Sep 2010 When I get off work at 2:28 AM, there is no sunlight. I'm not surprised it's dark at 2:28 AM. I generally run 2 battery-powered LED lamps, at least partly to keep some light going when I'm stopped. In front I have the Cygo lite Mity Cross 350 Li Ion Light or Cygo lite Milion 200 USB Li ion Led Headlight. Both ample lights, and quite lightweight packages. I also keep a Planet Bike Blaze 2 Watt LED handy for backup. In the rear I have the Radbot 1000, NiteRider CherryBomb Rear Bike Light, and the Planet Bike Superflash as backups. Modern rechargeable NiMH batteries in AA and AAA sizes & LED lights are so much better than the bike lights of a few years ago. In urban areas, there's usually enough street lights and ambient light to see the road with. You just need some flashing lights in front and back so cars and pedestrians can see you.
