Jeff was a category 1 racer and a member of the US Cyclo-Cross team during the 1970's. It was during this time
that Jeff apprenticed under and worked with what could be one of the greatest living frame builders who ever
lived, Bill Philbrook. "Top quality bikes didn't come from a factory, the are built by hand."
The beautifully fillet brazed joints appear to be filled to an almost perfect finish. Jeff's steady hand and
25 years brazing experience give the joints the appearance of being filed. Leaving the joints unfilled assures
the full strength of the tubing remains intact.
