Jim Kish from Kish Fabrications
01/25/2000 Interview with Jim Kish (29 minutes)

Jim Kish is the owner of Kish Fabrication and the Tool Grinder. He is also an instructor at the United Bicycle Institute. Jim has been teaching the art of titanium frame building to hundreds of students from around the world. With his help Jim's students will build their own titanium frame while in the class. The intensive class give students hands on experience and a certification upon completion.

Kish Fabrications is Jim's custom frame building company. Kish frames are exquisite works of art. His meticulous attention to detail is apparent in his creations. Jim makes both production and custom titanium frames and stems. Titanium frames start at $1,450.

The Tool Grinder is Jim's company that sharpens bike specific tools. Taps, reamers, facers, and dies are very expensive to replace and can often times be re-sharpened.
